Day offices on Flowspace operate a little differently from coworking desks. Day offices are private offices offered on a short-term basis, and their availability can change quickly. Many spaces will release these offices for day use only when they are not being considered for longer-term or full-time tenancy.
Because of this, a space may accept a full-time booking at any moment, and in that case, they will always prioritise the longer-term agreement. For this reason, day offices are listed as “request to book” rather than instantly available. Once a request is submitted, the space has up to 4 hours to review and confirm the booking.
Our team will always work to provide a suitable alternative if your requested day office is no longer available. However, because availability and pricing vary based on the location and the space’s demand, we cannot guarantee the same price or that an alternative will be in the same building. Additionally, we are not able to continuously source multiple replacement options, as this is not operationally feasible across all markets.
We understand that flexibility is important, and we aim to ensure you have a workspace that meets your needs. If your requested day office cannot be confirmed, we will always propose the best available alternative at that time.
